Warranty Policy
MST Golf offers limited warranty for products purchased from MST Golf stores and MST Golf’s e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Warranty claims are subject to review by MST Golf and relevant suppliers, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment. Final approval is at the absolute discretion of MST Golf.
Warranty Exclusions & Coverage
Exclusions:
MST Golf does not provide warranty for:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident or handling.
• Damage from improper storage e.g., excessive heat, moisture or chemicals, etc.
• Normal wear and tear e.g., paint scratches, rust, cosmetic blemishes, etc.
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
• Used clubs including demo or rental clubs.
Coverage:
The warranty period begins on the date of original product purchase, which refers to the date the item was first bought, regardless of any exchanges due to defects. Replaced products or parts of products will assume only the remaining warranty period of the original product purchase.

One (1) year warranty on manufacturing defects. |

Oakley brand – One (1) year warranty on manufacturing defects. Other brands – One (1) month warranty on manufacturing defects. |

At the absolute discretion and are subject to approval of MST Golf. |
Claim Process:
To request for a warranty service, please return the product(s) to the MST Golf outlet where it was originally purchased or email to cs@mstgolf.id if it was purchased through our website.
Claim Resolution
If the warranty claim is approved, MST Golf may at its sole discretion choose to:
• Repair the product; or
• Replace the defective product or parts with the same or similar item; or
• Offer to replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Kebijakan Garansi
MST Golf memberikan garansi terbatas untuk produk yang dibeli dari toko MST Golf dan situs e-commerce MST Golf di Indonesia. Klaim garansi akan ditinjau oleh MST Golf dan pemasok terkait, untuk memastikan penilaian yang adil dan akurat. Persetujuan akhir sepenuhnya berada di kewenangan mutlak MST Golf.
Pengecualian & Cakupan Garansi
Pengecualian:
MST Golf tidak memberikan garansi untuk:
• Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan, kelalaian, kecelakaan atau penanganan.
• Kerusakan akibat penyimpanan yang tidak tepat, misalnya panas yang berlebihan, kelembaban atau bahan kimia, dll.
• Keausan normal, misalnya goresan cat, karat, noda kosmetik, dll.
• Modifikasi atau perbaikan yang tidak sah.
• Klub bekas termasuk klub demo atau klub sewaan.
Cakupan:
Masa garansi dimulai sejak tanggal pembelian produk asli, yang mengacu pada tanggal pembelian pertama barang, terlepas dari adanya penukaran karena cacat. Produk atau komponen produk yang diganti hanya akan berlaku selama sisa masa garansi pembelian produk asli.

Proses Klaim:
Untuk meminta layanan garansi, silakan kembalikan produk ke outlet MST Golf tempat Anda awalnya membelinya atau kirimkan email ke cs@mstgolf.id jika dibeli melalui situs web kami.
Penyelesaian Klaim
Jika klaim garansi disetujui, MST Golf dapat, atas kebijakannya sendiri, memilih untuk:
• Memperbaiki produk; atau
• Mengganti produk atau komponen yang rusak dengan barang yang sama atau serupa; atau
• Menawarkan untuk mengganti produk dengan produk baru atau yang diperbaharui.
